3. Client Responsibilities

2. Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
3. Make payments according to the agreed schedule
4. Provide necessary access to systems, accounts, and resources
5. Respect intellectual property rights

4. Project Terms

4.1 Proposals and Quotes

All project proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing may be subject to change after this period.

4.2 Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the information provided. Actual completion time may vary depending on client feedback, scope changes, and unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Payment Terms

• Initial deposit (typically 30-50%) is required before work begins
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Work may be suspended if payments are not received on time

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables. However, I retain the right to:

• Display the work in my portfolio
• Use the project as a case study
• Reuse general concepts and techniques

6.2 Third-Party Components

Some projects may include third-party libraries, frameworks, or components. These remain under their respective licenses.

7. Confidentiality

I will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of services provided.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Termination terms:

• Client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• All materials and source code will be delivered upon full payment

10. Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support and maintenance are available as separate services. Details will be outlined in a separate agreement.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
